Terms & Condition

1. OVERVIEW 🌟

Whether you’re a client or a tutor, you can earn cash reward or gift vouchers by helping us grow our community.

  • The following terms and conditions (the “Referral Agreement”) govern the rewards participants may earn through the National Learning Group Referral Programme. This Agreement applies to the National Learning Group (referred to as “NLG,” “we,” or “us”) and you (the “Participant”), who participate in the Referral Programme.

  • By referring someone to NLG or using a referral code, you agree to be enrolled in the Referral Programme and be bound by this Referral Agreement. If you do not wish to participate, you should not share your referral code. All services and instructions are provided in English.

2. Particpating in the Referral Programme

2.1) The Referral Programme allows you to earn a cash reward of £25 for each successful referral. The individual referred (the “Referee”) will also receive £25 after completing the necessary conditions

2.2) Qualifying Actions: To qualify for the reward, the following conditions must be met:

  • A referral is made to someone who has not previously registered with NLG.
  • The Referee signs up with NLG and enters the referral code.
    The Referee completes and attends their second lesson.

Rewards:
2.3) Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a cash reward of £25 after the Referee has attended their second lesson.
2.4) NLG reserves the right to update or change the rewards and conditions for the Referral Programme at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the NLG platform.

3. PROGRAMME RESTRICTIONS
3.1) NLG reserves the right to void any rewards if the referral appears to be fraudulent or in violation of the terms outlined in this Referral Agreement.

4. DELIVERY, USE AND EXPIRATION OF REWARDS
4.1) Once the Referee has attended their second lesson, the reward will be issued as a cash payment to both the Referrer and the Referee.
4.2) The rewards will be paid in cash and are non-transferable.
4.3) The rewards will expire 90 days from the date they are issued.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
5.1) NLG reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Programme at any time. Any unused rewards will be subject to the expiry period mentioned above.
5.2) By participating, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and to receive notifications related to the programme.

*Please note that by participating in this referral program, you will only have a legal relationship with National Learning Group. You represent that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by National Learning Group’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
