Programme Duration and Structure:
- Each summer school package consists of a 6-week programme.
- Each week includes one 40-minute lesson, totalling 6 lessons over the course of the programme.
Fees and Payment:
- The total fee for the summer school package is £194, reduced from the regular price of £235.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place in the programme.
Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period:
- Please note that there is no cancellation or cooling-off period once payment has been made. All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Scheduling and Attendance:
- Lessons are scheduled in advance. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the student attends each scheduled session.
- Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Tutor Assignment:
- All lessons will be conducted by experienced, DBS-checked tutors.
- While every effort is made to maintain tutor consistency, we reserve the right to assign alternative tutors if necessary.
Conduct and Behaviour:
- Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the tutor’s instructions during lessons.
- The National Learning Group reserves the right to terminate the programme for any student who displays disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, with no refund provided.
Materials and Resources:
- All necessary learning materials will be provided by the tutor.
- Students are encouraged to have a quiet, distraction-free environment for their lessons.
Liability:
- The National Learning Group is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the participation in the programme.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety during online sessions.
Data Protection:
- Personal information collected during the enrolment process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the summer school programme.
- All data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
