What is the National Learning Group Referral Programme?
The National Learning Group Referral Programme is a parent referral scheme for NLG customers. Each enrolled customer receives a unique referral code and shareable link. When another family uses that code, enrols with NLG and completes three attended lessons, both the referrer and the referred family can receive £25.
There is no cap on eligible referrals. Existing customers can refer multiple families using the same code. Each referred family is tracked separately through the enquiry, enrolment, three lessons attended and reward review stages.

Parents can share their referral link by WhatsApp, email, text or by copying the code directly.
Trusted tutoring journey
Referred families go through NLG's normal consultation process, with DBS checked tutors and safeguarding-led onboarding.

Who can use the referral programme in phase 1?
Phase 1 is designed for existing NLG customers and the families they refer. Public referrer sign-ups can be added later as a second module, but the first launch should focus on proven customer referrals.
Existing NLG customers
Customers receive their referral code and link after enrolment, then use the same code for every referral.
Referred families
Families who receive a referral link can submit an enquiry with the code already applied.
Friends and relatives
Parents can recommend NLG to people they already know who need online tutoring support.

Referral Programme T&Cs
The offer is simple: share your referral code, and for every eligible family who enrols and completes three attended lessons, both parties can receive £25. These terms explain when the reward applies.
No cap on eligible referrals
There is no cap on eligible referrals. Use the same referral code each time and each family is reviewed separately.
Code must be captured
The referral code should be entered on the form, carried through the referral link, or quoted before or during enrolment.
First three lessons must be attended
The reward becomes eligible only after the referred student has successfully attended three lessons.
Finance reviews manually
NLG reviews referral rewards before payment to make sure the eligibility rules have been met.
Safeguarding-led service
Referred families follow NLG's normal consultation, tutoring and safeguarding processes, including DBS checked tutors.
Review where needed
Duplicate, suspicious, cancelled, refunded or no-show cases may be reviewed and may not qualify for a reward.
