GCSE Tutoring Reviews
My daughter had failed her GCSE exam twice so I decided to try NLG. We were assigned our tutor and the results were immediate. My daughter passed her exams and now has the grades she needs. I cannot thank NLG enough.
NLG has helped me get back on track for my GCSE resits. I struggled really badly with Maths and my tutor Elena Matveeva talked me through everything. She is patient, kind and a wonderful teacher. I 100% recommend her.
They matched a tutor appropriate for my son and he went from 0% to 80% in one term. I am thrilled at seeing my son grow in confidence and his behaviour at school has been miraculous. I have not seen him this happy in years.

My daughter's GCSE Sciences tutor Ade tailored each session to her specific needs and provided study packs on the run up to exams. She made her feel at ease from the very first session and was incredibly flexible around exam dates. Highly recommend.
My daughter's Maths tutor Sumaiyah is an excellent, professional and organised tutor. Her confidence has grown significantly and she is making excellent progress preparing for her GCSE exams. The focus on what she individually needs to improve has made all the difference.
A-Level Tutoring Reviews
My daughter was tutored for her Biology A-Level by Rosie Brunton. She found her really approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Rosie was flexible about her sessions, adding in extra when needed. My daughter achieved an excellent result.
I contacted NLG for an A-Level Maths tutor. From the first lesson they established where my daughter was grade-wise and what was needed to achieve her target. Muhammad challenges and encourages her, giving her the confidence she needs to succeed.
As an A-Level student I have had an amazing experience. My Maths tutor brings his real-world experience into lessons which adds a greater depth of understanding. He is supportive, encouraging and advises on exactly what the exam needs.
Primary Tutoring Reviews
My son has been having Maths and English classes with Fauve for the last 3 years. She has helped him build up his confidence massively. She has a natural ability to connect with students and create a positive environment. My son looks forward to her class every week.
In just over a year with one lesson a week, Victoria went back to re-teach our son phonics and has given him a completely new foundation. We started using NLG as we wanted our daughter to build confidence in Maths ahead of Year 4. We cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience.
I joined NLG since August 2025 for my Year 2 twins. Alessandra was very good at teaching 6 year olds. She was able to manage and catch their attention which is usually hard. My children benefited from one-to-one tutoring and progressed on their learning.
He has since passed his Phonics screening test and is enjoying learning more now due to his tutor Rubi's enthusiasm for him to learn. From start to finish National Learning Group have been so supportive and clear with their process.

Secondary KS3 Tutoring Reviews
My 12 year old daughter has started Maths lessons with Mr Abughazza. Her performance in Maths has been dramatically improved. We are very happy with the quality of tutoring and the communication from the team throughout.
We have had a fantastic experience with NLG and their tutors, especially Dani, Emily, Auruj and Claire. All four tutors have helped our children tremendously and have really taken them to the next level with their confidence and learning. They are polite, knowledgeable and patient.
She works alongside the school curriculum but spends time ensuring he has understanding with the method, which is moving him to the next level. Excellent tutorial lessons and good communication from start to finish. After each session the tutor sent an update message.

Amazing tutoring , my daughter has been catching up really quickly. Her tutor explained things clearly and in a way she could understand, and importantly allowed her to work through practice questions at her own pace. It was the best decision we ever made.

The National Learning Group is a great tutoring service, helpful and easy to work with. Sarah Ridout is incredibly professional, prompt and caring as a tutor. She always followed up her sessions with notes and was happy to help with SATs preparation at every stage.
My son's tutor Sophie Devine was absolutely great. Incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout his SATs preparation. She built his confidence and his performance in both Maths and English improved significantly before his Year 6 SATs.

Sarah is the perfect tutor for my ASD son. She picked a book for them to study that he is loving and is completely engaged in. She is friendly and personable, her reports are thorough and very prompt, and her communication with us as parents is excellent throughout.
