Live GCSE Groups are weekly, 60-minute tutor-led online Maths and English sessions for Year 10 and Year 11 students, delivered in a live group format. They give students regular GCSE teaching at an accessible price, with a comfortable way to take part.
How much do Live GCSE Groups cost?+
Live Groups are booked and paid for in four-week blocks at £32 upfront, which works out at £8 per session.
Does my child need their camera or microphone on?+
No. Students do not need their camera or microphone on. They can ask questions through the chat box, and there is a Q&A at the end of each session.
When do the groups run?+
Year 10 Maths runs on Wednesday, 6–7pm. Year 10 English runs on Thursday, 6–7pm. Year 11 Maths runs on Thursday, 7–8pm. Year 11 English runs on Tuesday, 7–8pm.
What if my child misses a group or wants to go over it again?+
Students receive the lesson content after every group, so they can revisit what was covered at any time.
My child is shy about speaking up. Will they still get help?+
Yes. Nobody is put on the spot. Your child can type questions into the chat whenever they like, and the tutor answers them during the Q&A at the end.
Can my child join both Maths and English?+
Yes. The Maths and English groups run at different times, so your child can join both, with each subject booked as its own four-week block.
