NLG tutoring is billed weekly by Direct Debit via Stripe Bacs on a regular date that suits you, in advance of lessons. Group tutoring can also be paid via upfront lesson blocks with savings of up to 30%. There are no long-term contracts.
NLG does not collect payment until after the first lesson has been successfully completed. Once the Direct Debit is set up, it takes around 5 working days to process. This means the first payment often covers two lessons. This is completely normal and your account will settle into the regular weekly cycle from that point.
