National Learning Group uses a range of digital learning platforms alongside online tutoring. The resources a learner receives depend on their age, subject, tutoring route and the tools selected for that programme. Not every learner receives every platform.

NLG uses different platforms for lesson management, literacy, numeracy, secondary subject support and English-language learning. Platform access is programme-specific and should only be treated as included where NLG confirms it for that learner’s tutoring route.
TutorBird is used by NLG for lesson management. Depending on account permissions, students and parents can use it to view lesson information, schedules, notes and attendance-related details.
Reading Eggs is a digital reading and phonics platform that can be used with younger learners where it is relevant to the tutoring plan.
Mathseeds is a digital numeracy platform that can support younger learners with core maths practice where it is relevant to their tutoring plan.

MyMaths is an online maths platform that can be used for secondary and GCSE maths support where it is relevant to the learner’s programme.
ActiveLearn is a digital learning platform that may be used for curriculum-related resources where it is appropriate to the learner’s subject and tutoring plan.
Off2Class provides structured English-language lesson materials and is used by NLG for TEFL and ESL tutoring where it is relevant to the learner’s programme.
Different platforms support different stages and learning goals. The guide below shows typical platform routes, but actual access depends on the learner’s tutoring programme and the resources NLG confirms for them.
Platform access is based on the learner’s tutoring route rather than a universal bundle. NLG may update the platforms, resources or access arrangements used for a programme as services change. Students should use the login and resource information confirmed for their own account.

No. Platform access is programme-specific. Learners receive the tools NLG confirms as relevant to their tutoring route rather than automatic access to every platform listed on this page.
Relevant platform access may be included where it forms part of the learner’s tutoring programme. NLG should confirm the resources included for that learner before access is assumed.
