NLG Student Resources and Learning Platforms
Tools Used Alongside Online Tutoring

National Learning Group uses a range of digital learning platforms alongside online tutoring. The resources a learner receives depend on their age, subject, tutoring route and the tools selected for that programme. Not every learner receives every platform.

Getting Started

How It Works

1
Sign up with NLG
New one-to-one students can start with a £1 first lesson. £1 applies to the first one-to-one lesson only. Following lessons continue at the applicable regular rate unless cancelled in line with our terms and conditions. Relevant learning resources are confirmed according to the tutoring programme.
2
Receive your login details
Where platform access forms part of the learner’s programme, NLG provides or confirms the relevant login and access information.
3
Access resources between sessions
Where appropriate, learners can use assigned resources between tutoring sessions to practise material linked to their support.
4
Track progress together
Where a platform provides progress information, that data can help inform future tutoring priorities alongside the tutor’s own lesson observations.
Resource Access

How NLG Assigns Learning Resources

Platform access is based on the learner’s tutoring route rather than a universal bundle. NLG may update the platforms, resources or access arrangements used for a programme as services change. Students should use the login and resource information confirmed for their own account.

Student Resources page reviewed August 2026. For current tutoring prices and service terms, use the NLG pricing page and the terms provided during enrolment.
